1) California “Shine the Light” Privacy RightsCalifornia’s “Shine The Light” law permits those Suburban customers who are residents of California to annually request a list of their Personal Information (if any) that Suburban disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. At this time, Suburban currently does not share any Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
2) Right to access specific information and data portability rightsYou have the right to request that Suburban discloses certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see below, How to Exercise Your Rights), we will disclose to you:
